If you wait you might be waiting a long time & the longer you wait the greater the chance is that someone else will get the position. What are you waiting for?

If you want the job go get it & show the company you are interested in the position. If your second interview was on Friday of last week you should of followed up on Monday & if you don’t hear from someone on Monday call them on Tuesday & if you don’t hear from them on Tuesday go down to the company on Wednesday.

Follow up, follow up, follow up! Prove to the company you are worth hiring.

It's always better to keep more irons in the fire because there's no guarantees you'll be the one they select.

One job I had took five interviews in 6 months before they made a decision. That's not uncommon for very high level positions... But it would be very unusual for a lower level position. Again I think the best strategy is to send an email as I outlined and also follow up on any other potential interviews you can get so that you're not dependent on just one place.

Well you know there's probably quite a few people after the job so it's going to take a few but if you get too impatient just makes that phone call and remind him that you are an asset to their company and that you really would love to show them the things that you can do and the positive input that you would make for that company just remind him
