Certainly not, that term genius is for new things, creative. Seeing a study book, realizing how to fix it.

Figuring out a new idea that works or a new method or item. Ability to invent. Remembered language indicated memory not genius.

I would love to learn 20 languages but I would not have time for anything else if I chose to do that and with my average I. Q. I would not pick up the languages very well, maybe only know each at a surface level.
