Should I call in sick instead of doing reception cover if Im leaving?

A part of my role is reception cover, which I don't like doing.

I'm leaving my job in a few weeks and currently working out my 3 weeks notice.

I still have 20 sick days.

Should I feel bad for calling in sick because I don't want to do it?

I recently helped with cover for 3 weeks and over it.
