How do you know you've worked to much?

Usually if I lose my temper over stupid shit.

Normally by Thursday and Friday I've had enough. And just want to be left alone for a bit.

Lol, I manage to keep my temper under control but I do have times where I do simply get "out touched". I get home, give my man a kiss and lock myself in my room - where NOTHING is requiring anything of me. 😭😂
