I wish they could get all your professional information from your brain instantly sort of like that one Black Mirror episode or that show Upload. Like you take out the inappropriate memories and only upload your work history and experiences working at each job to a flash drive for them to see and that way they can see what kind of worker you are and see if you would be a good fit for the job.
One day this might actually be a reality but I know it's too advanced right now for them to do it anytime soon. But it would make the hiring process easier in my opinion. And applying would be easier because you wouldn't have to constantly tweak your resume and cover letters for each job you apply for. Just upload your memories of you working your jobs.
Extracting stuff directly from our brains into a cloud or HR database of some sort? Oh Simsy, I don't care for that notion one bit!
I'm just saying it might be a better alternative than going the fill out an application and interviewing for a position route.
Reduce the bots and hold Poole more accountable to REAL job posting (rather than just posting to hire internally bc it’s less paperwork).
I know, right? It's almost as if AI was making people stupid or complacent. Hmmm, now who could have seen THAT coming, I wonder 🤔
Only thing I'd change about this job market is fix it so that the poor and middle class shouldn't have to work 40+ hours a week to be this POOR.
The incentive structure is totally broken in favor of people who already own assets, (businesses, stocks, real estate, etc) so that the poor and those with fixed incomes will likely never recover. It will continue to get worse.

The applications. They were easier when they were just on paper. Now each websites has got it's own system. Making it frustrating.
