I'm entering the busiest few months so it's going to be pretty intense and I know I might lose my temper a bit. Lots of lates and external deadlines.
Doesn't help that the boss gives stupid tasks which squash my time so I can't get done what actually needs to be done and externally submitted. That's what puts the pressure on me.
4 to 5/10.
My job requires a constantly open and creative mind, to edit and add bgm and all that good stuff... if deadline is close, then a good 7/10.
Depends on the day. Monday, for example, is our busiest day. Busy sometimes equals stressful. Like today. One of the systems we use was having issues and we had back to back calls. 🤪
Never stressed out per se, but I do feel burned out and overly tired at times.

Some days seem stable, like a Jenga tower that has been balanced, until one incorrect email throws everything off balance. The things that stress me out the most are unrealistic deadlines, never-ending meetings, and micromanagement. My method of cope? Coffee in excess, noise-canceling headphones, and the motto, "I am not paid enough for this."
"My stress level? Imagine a Jenga towerâmost days itâs stable, but one wrong email and everything teeters. Top triggers:
Unrealistic deadlines â âASAPâ isnât a timeline, Karen.
Meeting marathons â Where productivity goes to die.
Boss micromanaging â Congrats, youâve turned my autonomy into a myth.
Survival tactic? Noise-canceling headphones, aggressive coffee intake, and repeating âI am not paid enough for thisâ like a mantra.
I've never let stress bother me in my career of engineering. Especially now since I'm retiring in 1 1/2 years.
currently basically just once a year at the end of a school year. cause all these new students and all the paperwork with the ones leaving is a lot and you can't spread that work out. you gotta do it right then.
I'm only stressed when there's deadlines coming up that I'm not prepared for. Otherwise , I'm not stressed
Honestly my job isn't really stressful even when we're in crunch time.
At my last job it was very low stress. I just did technical stuff and I was no a manager anymore.
I feel tired and I don't get paid often. And having no one to go home to just makes the stress sink that much more.
From time to time, depends on the work.
What do you do?
I had several jobs, but I'm currently unemployed.
No stress at all. I feel fine at my workplace.
Not to stressed most of the time
Not very stressed at all
