Taking pride in what you do... I'm a self employed construction specialist. One of the things I love the most is I have the skills to do more then most people can do and im willing go places most people wouldn't go. I'm not to good to do anything and I'll outwork anyone. Taking pride in what you do is a key to enjoying it and being good at it. When you enjoy what you do everyday is playing. I love my job cause I get to play everyday just like I did as a kid but as an adult. People still tell me what to do but now they pay me for it. Growing up isn't about forgetting how to be a kid it's about learning to be a responsible one.

I get to build creat people's visions. Or i will t see ll them what I see 4rand they say go for it and I love that. Or I fix something that's broken but maybe the best things are when I do work. I love the way my young students respond and always curious about learning at age 5. I am literally their “god” in a scary way. But I love teaching my students. It’s almost not like work. It’s lots of fun. I look forward to go see them everyday.

The fact that I'm my own boss and the fact that (other than taxes) all the profit is MINE. So I don't have to work very hard. But if I do I'm only hurting myself. It gives me motivation to keep it pushing each day. And because of it I'm excited for the weekend to end to start another workweek.
