Arabic would be interesting. It's spoken by millions and would be useful, for example, when visiting an Arabic country, or to read Arabic articles and papers in their original language. Translations often lose the original intent of the words.
I worked with a guy once who spoke Arabic, and he did teach me how to say thank you and you're welcome.

I like Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, those languages sound very interesting.
Sanskrit is also one of my favorites, considering I like Indian culture and tradition.
I'd also like to learn Arabic, and some other oriental languages, such as Turkish and Persian.
