Do customers or clients ever worry you?

Seemed like these days, or its always been, that a client or a customer, who's upset or frustrated, can put the blame on the employee rather than the company, or both, and the employee can be fired/terminated easily. Gee, who'd have thought working in a customer role can be so precarious for job security. Just wanted to say folks.

I mean hell, you couldn't have a reliable rent or a reliable mortgage, if it's so easy to get fired nowadays because an upset customer or a customer complaint\HR results in termination.
