Why are certain employees untouchable and never seem to get fired no matter what they do?

i know a certain employee here , she is actually the manager of the business. yet she seems to be strangely under qualified to run the business and only has an advertising diploma from a college no actual business experience or degree.

and the business that she manages is way less busy than when she started so its not like business is booming under here watch. i was there last weekend a normally busy if not very busy weekend and was almost no one in the business other than a few random tourists

yet she seems to be untouchable and owner will not tell her its time to move on and hire someone else. does no one else want the job? does he know of no one else who could do her job?

i personally don't see how he could do any worse with anyone else as business seems to be going nowhere under her watch

and despite having a background in advertising she isn't even posting anything useful to the social media pages of the business , i checked them and there pitiful and really bad actually.

LIVE Less busy than usual ( only shows a tiny red line so place like empty ) , according to google not even anyone there at 7pm on a Friday night , like seriously this place needs help , can't believe the manager is not looking for somewhere else to work ( i mean another place to ruin ) at least for the winter months as this one seems toast and not even a post on social media about MLB playoff game and no specials for it either

she's still there apparently for another summer season , i didn't go in last night ( Friday ) but checked google maps and said place not even busy , on weekdays when i drive by place looks deserted and barely anyone there at all. they tried to do some specials on certain nights for the winter but not sure how that worked out or not. advertising as being open for st patricks day but its on a Tuesday this year so not sure how that will go over

i'm not sure they really get along at all , you never even see him there and mostly keeps in touch with them through texts , is like an invisible owner and thinks he can run the business by texting employees

i'm not sure but think she was recommended by the former manager when she left the job a couple years ago , i have no idea why she suggested her as she had no management experience and only a junior employee at the time

it was a weird experiment , place is pretty much empty according to google live and its 8pm Thursday and is an MLB playoff game on at 8 30 which features a team from our area so place should be packed but its empty , nothing even on social media about the game or MLB playoffs at all , not 1 post about the game like seriously she is a wack job with no clue what people want

she must have like literally no other employment options at all to stay at this place and to run it into the ground , can't believe owner puts up with it , bar should be packed tonight but its empty

the only post she made to social media today is this food post which shows a half awful looking bowl of mac and cheese but makes absolutely no mention of the MLB game tonight , like seriously i don't make this stuff up its that messed up and owner puts up with it

according to google liv its like literally empty , a lame family restaurant up the street is busier and 2 sports bars are packed according to google and micro brewery busy too ,

if i was owner i'd be in a panic that people didn't even come out for MLB playoff game like should be easiest night to fill place but no one is here and they went elsewhere , seems like its game over really but he won't dump her why?

yes i agree she must have the right connections , never heard of her belonging to any group or political organization here. but you never really know i guess

haven't been in for almost 2 weeks so not really sure what is going on there , doesn't seem busy when i drive by if not empty most of the time

for some reason they have live music this weekend, its not really needed as everyone just wants to watch the MLB world series games fri/sat which start at 8pm and run late

no updates to the social media yet , and nothing about Halloween on there page at all , what bar doesn't do something for Halloween? isn't anything promoting the MLB playoffs either

last year things got really slow and bad during the winter and out of desperation they came up with some specials for food and drinks on certain days , not sure what they will do this year but it seems equally as bad as last year there business levels

once the tourists leave seems to be nobody in there some days. , i'll update if i hear or see anything but seems to be a bit of a stalemate now where is she doesn't want to leave and owner seems unwilling to make the necessary changes to keep his business competitive and interesting for the customers so they come in

i checked google liv , the other nearby restaurants/bars and everyone of them is busy rate now , can't find any other place that is saying its that slow , everyone else seems to have more customers and busy cause its Friday night

i would agree its less common for women to get fired and perhaps he is avoiding such an awkward situation but at same time if she is not doing her job and business is suffering eventually you have to do something.

even the social media is terrible , you think that with her background in advertising it be great but its like terrible and almost cringeworthy to look at that page

i suppose he figured she's eventually move on to something else , based on her age 35 , she is starting to get a bit old to work the bar scene, he might of just assumed she return to an office type job as she had done advertising before

but for whatever reason she has decided to stay longer than he expected and now the business is suffering and in desperate need of new ideas and renewal

a lot of women her age also tend to have kids around that age or a bit earlier but she is a married lesbian so not sure how that one is going to figure itself out.

i'd almost consider donating some sperm if it meant that she'd leave the job and move on
