Why do people stare at employees and not say anything?

It’s super creepy. I mostly get older men stare at me and it’s disturbing. Like, why don’t y’all say something if you need help? Speak up instead of being creepy.

They probably stare at any women they think attractive. Or perhaps they have more confidence staring at attractive women while they're working because they don't want to tell them to fuck off and risk losing their job.
