I feel bullied in the nursery that I am working at? I feel as if it is written “bin lady” on my forehead?

I am a qualified nursery worker and this is my third month working in a nursery. I am a very hands in person and I am willing to get up, pick up the work and get it done, I don't make a fuss about things. However, I do feel like my colleagues at rhe nursery are taking advantage of the fact they have been working in the nursery longer than me and because I am a newbie they bully me I can't help feeling this way. I understand being a nursery practitioner it is expected of me to do a lot of cleaning and change nappies but at the end of the day why is it expected of me to empty the nappy bins both in baby room (upstairs) and pre-school room (downstairs) ? I feel bullied and feel like because I am new my colleagues expect me to do it every single day?

Even when I go for my lunch break and come back I am asked to go to preschool and cover another colleague so they can take a break and if a child needs a nappy change because they have pooped I am asked to go change their nappy even tho they are not my children to look after for the day! I feel like it is written in my forehead that nappy bin duty is inly mine to do. I am normally working in baby room upstairs and I do empty the bin there but they expect me to do the one downstairs too? I have this colleague names Annette and when I am covering in her room she expects me to do all the nappies of HER children like what the fuck? I get that she does not like the smell of a poopy nappy and doesn’t want to do it but why am I expected to do the dirty work that is her responsibility? I don't make a fuss of it when I am asked to do it I will get it done but I can't keep letting her do this to me!

Am I in my rights to feel bullied? How do I tell them it is their responsibility to empty the bin downstairs? I am deciding to tell her that she needs to empty her nappy bin in order to keep things fair and share the work load!

As said before I a a very hands on persona me I don’t make a fuss I just get the job done and the fact that my colleagues know I have two jobs doesn’t help lol!

Even one colleagues made a comment and she had said to others “ I love Faz she does everything, every time I ask her to do something she is already up and going to do it” trying to mask their exploitation with compliments!

You did read the whole things! You should not always do as your superiors tell you! Plus they are my colleagues at the same level as me doing the same exact job! Not everyone likes to be like you and put their head down and do as they are told withiut questions like a donkey!
