But I can't be sure because I can't talk about it
Really I just need to forget about it
I guess it's all about resilience. Being strong.
Well, being one of the 61.8% of adult women in the United States that has a form of incontinence I embarrass myself on a pretty regular basis. My defense has been humor. It happens. Oh well. I wasted way too much time hiding underneath shame. F*ck that. Life is short. Live it up.
Don't cuss little witch 🤣
Ty for the MHO 😊
I don't forget about them. I laugh about them and add them to my running blooper reel. "They'll be edited out of the Netflix special."
Will you get your own "roast" Netflix special?
🙂
You learn from them... and move on
It's important to learn that you cannot change the past, but you can make the present and future better.
It happens, you have to think before you speak, especially if you have malicious people near by.
Resilience indeed plays a significant role in overcoming past mistakes. Reflecting on my own experiences, I've found it's important to acknowledge the mistake, learn from it, and then focus on moving forward. Building self-compassion helps alleviate feelings of shame. Developing new skills and succeeding in other areas can restore confidence. Remember, everyone makes mistakes, and it's how you grow from them that's truly important. Engage in activities that foster positive emotions and surround yourself with supportive individuals to help shift your focus toward future successes.

I've had some super embarrassing moments. But I've learnt to take a deep breath when I think of them and remind myself that they're not happening right now and focus on the present... thatd be my advice.
My sister once pulled down my bikini bottoms in front of a bunch of people I know and honestly I think about it all the time, but since I've moved away whenever I think about it I take a deep breath and remind myself it's not happening now and make myself engage in what im doing in.
That's embarrassing
For me,
1 I went to prostitutes
2 I was seen
3 I went public about it telling loads of people
Now I feel like everyone knows and talks about it behind my back
But I am not going to let it get me down
The way I see it everyone takes hits in life
That's mine
And it makes me stronger
I just try to push it down in a corner o my memory that has all these unfortunate incidents and try to forget about them.
