Absolutely not, and neither should anyone blindly believe them because the education system is using literal brainwashing techniques. They force you to watch something and make you repeat it and memorize it as if its true. Isn't that the most stereotypical form of brainwashing we can think off? The fun part is subconsciously our brains are resisting it because all kids love learning yet none of them like being in school.
Its when you start to think independently for long enough that you begin to see things that they wouldn't have thought you, or you begin to realize some of it was biased or simply false.
To me the whole education system needs to be replaced with on demand learning for the skill you need at the time. So that the entire society specializes in becoming experts in their particular thing, and works together / teaches each other when needed.
And then there is the part for my personal health, the healthcare system absolutely failed me spectacularly. I had physical issues with my body but the system explained that to me that these were manifests of a mental issue so I got assigned therapy. None of that worked, I asked them questions they couldn't answer and they couldn't grasp why my symptoms get returning or sometimes got worse despite not showing any mental reason for it. Its like you get assigned therapy because your arm was bruised and now they are trying to talk to you how you can heal your arm by changing your mindset.
So the moment I just forged my own path there I have at least had more success than doing it by the book. Not to mention the whole corona vaccine shenanigans where people blindly took it because "the experts" said it was safe and effective. They didn't by the way, if you listened to actual experts they spoke out against it but those people got their licenses taken away or got shut up by threat of that.
I haven't been able to for along time. If you look at our government , it is so fake and cell phony , and all they do is take and lie and cheat
Then you look at our food and everything has things in there to destroy you
I went to buy cinnamon the other day. And I never knew this, but I started reading the ingredients, and I said, wait a minute, cinnamon and cinnamon, so I started looking at different packages, and there's a fake cinnamon, any real cinnamon, but the fake cinnamon was trying to tell you that it was real. And it was the best quality. And it was the furthest thing from it
And I bought things before online.\n It says that it's made in America or what have you? But then all of a sudden you get something it's not what you ordered, but it's what they sent you and you can't get your money back, because Of all the bullsheet that you have to go through and if you finally do get some money back , it's only a part of it , you don't get the whole thing back
I just like the water we drink, it is so friggin' polluted is unreal. It's causing people to have all kinds of problems on the inside. But do you think our government or even the water districts will say hello, stop drinking the water, boil it? Do something? No, it's like we are just stupid. Because nobody says anything about anything anymore. They want you to believe what they say , and that's it , I can't believe anything i Don'\nT have a problem speaking , my piece just because i'm fed up with it
I don't think it's a question of believing but respecting their opinion carries more weight than Karen on Facebook.
People, even professionals, get things wrong so if something doesn't ring right I'll get a second opinion.
I do not believe or trust myself therefore I do not believe or trust what others say, write or sing especially from professionals.

Absolutely NOT! I have always been skeptical and have questioned authority. I'm a damn good researcher, pulling information from multiple sources that often don't agree, and use logic and human weaknesses (greed, shame, ignorance, manipulation) where appropriate to form my opinions of the opinions I read.
I learned long ago that many questions don't have a true answer, only a "best" opinion based on the information currently known and understood, which means that not only is it subject to change, it could be far off the mark to begin with.
I'm far from perfect myself - I've made mistakes and held opinions that were proven wrong, so I don't hold anyone as infallible. Certainly, when someone is an expert in a subject area, I'm likely to give their opinions more weight in that area, but only in that area.
Many of my customers are wealthy, and have a skill that makes them a lot of money. But they are often surprisingly ignorant in other areas. That's not BAD, it just means that they focused on one area to the exclusion of others.
I'm MAGA. I don't believe any science or experts with 20+ years of experience. I only believe conspiracy theories propagated by anonymous people and bots in internet chat rooms on the dark web. That's where the "real truth" can be found.
😁😁😁
No, and this is one of the fundamental differences between men and women. Doctors and other professionals often keep themselves in a perpetual state of 'CYA' (cover your ass) mode, telling us that products like vapes and energy drinks are bad, or unhealthy when in reality, vaping is far healthier than smoking, while non-imported energy drinks are typically loaded with vitamins and nutrients, while containing less than 1/2 the caffeine of a cup of coffee. Men often recognize this more readily than women, instead of copping out with, 'Well, my doctor said they were bad...'
No. Anyone with a brain should question everything and do continuing research.
That's what scientists and historians do.
From 911, to Israel's hasbara narratives, to the covid scamdemic and deadly, ineffective mRNA jabs, we should have learned by now.
i read "Hidden History: the Secret Origins of the First World War" and "Two World Wars and Hitler: Who Was Responsible" and discovered how badly we had been lied to.
There are endless examples.
So called "experts" are often charlatans with ulterior, profit or career-driven motives. And teachers are sincere, but they only know what they have been taught.
We should always be skeptical.
Beliefs are locked in. Cognitive dissonance is triggered when they are challenged.
It is better to absorb information and formulate opinions that can be modified or changed as more information becomes available.
Teachers aren't free to give their opinion, so you have to take what they say with a grain of salt depending on the subject. (For instance, science and, especially, mathematics are pretty safe and you can trust your teacher.)
As for other paid professionals like lawyers and doctors, you usually should trust them; if you don't, get a different one... after all, you are paying them. That said, you better have a good reason not to trust them. For instance, Steve Jobs is dead because he didn't listen to his doctors and tried "alternative medicine". He'd likely be alive today if he had listened to his doctors. He admitted making the wrong choice just before he died.
Absolutely not. Conventional institutions have taken a massive credibility hit post covid. Which leaves us in a post conventional truth limbo-land, where it is actually seemingly impossible to determine what is true and what is not true.
And before you say, well it must be true, they're following the scientific method. That's absolutely not what is happening, they have their money and their dogma, and then the science is created to work around that. Science is supposed to welcome critical thinking and rigorous testing. Institutions now only value and reward compliance.
No!! Lots of grade school teachers teach bullshit and most Drs. don't really know how to cure anything!! All they can do is TREAT whatever ails you!!
Cancer Drs. don't have a CLUE how to cure cancer!!! If it gets too far along, they'll just tell you to go home and get ready to die!! In the meantime, there's nearly 400 known natural cures that we've known about for about 100 years and either they know NOTHING about any of them or they know and refuse to make use of any of them to help you!!
I believe very little on hearsay alone. I’m a natural skeptic and have arguably overdeveloped critical thinking skills. This compounded with having read “Being Wrong” by Kathryn Schulz, i accept almost nothing as absolute fact.
It can be said that i’m very teachable, but not easily fooled.
I generally don't believe anything that I can't verify.
That's not to say that I automatically disbelieve things that professionals say, but I tend to take them with a grain of salt until I can confirm what I've been told.
Doctors, teachers, etc, are not infallible; they can be mistaken, and sometimes confuse their opinions with fact. If I'm going to trust what they say, I want to research that what they've said is, in fact, true.
Depends on each of my interests and actual knowledge level, like I'm completely bored by biology, so I'll just trust my doc, unless they give me signs that they're unhinged. I mean how to argue with someone studying 10 years in a technical field I know very little about, I just have zero legitimacy to do so.
As a general rule I do. I will ask questions naturally but what I try to do is choose the right professional in the first place. We have to trust people at some point. Could you ever fly for vacation if you did not trust the crew? Or are you going to try to barge into the flightdeck and tell the Captain how do do the job? Tell me how that works out!
Nah, especially after the whole Covid thing where I learned that Doctors knew as much as it's and the vaccines as the general public did.. And with teachers yeah I remember when a teacher told me that a mile was 10 blocks as a kid.. Then I learned that it was equivalent to 8 blocks from a random guy sitting in White castle...
Teachers are some of the dumbest people around. Doctors know a lot of stuff but I probably know more than them about my specific disease and any prescription medication I might be taking.
But they're just idiots. It's not as if they're lying to you on purpose all the time like politicians.
I don't believe anything a teacher or doctor says...
there are ways to corroborate to a certain point, what you are taught or diagnosed
so I rather understand than to just believe...
No, I take whatever someone says with a grain of salt.
I tend to put more faith in what trained experienced experts say, but I still do my own research to verify it.
Someone once gave great advice... Trust, and verify.
I believe some doctors and teachers but not all. I tend to verify everything I am told, and have since I was about 6. I have enough general knowledge that my bullshit detector works pretty well.
depends on the context and how much the truth matters to me in the situation. if it's inconsequencial, i may just believe them. if it's super important, i'll listen to what they say but do my own research to see if it's true or not.
No, I trust my doctor but I still do my own research. Teachers are just people with a college degree. They can be wrong.
It depends on what the context is and who they are and what they are talking about. In general I would be pretty trusting but context matters
Mostly, but if I have questions I will research the issue and make my own decision
No. People just talk ish and pretend to know what they are talking about when in reality they don't know ish at least not on a deeper level.
Depends on the context
I don't believe anything they tell me until I research it
thats a big mistake. especually doctors. they all lie
About three-quarters of it. Nobody is perfect, not even the most knowledgeable folk.
Doctors moreso than teachers.
Not everything
No I don't believe it all!
No, I don't easily believe
Not without also looking into what they have said
Fuck no. Especially fuck no to teachers
No, not everything.
Absolutely not.
Yeah mostly
