What would you do in my shoes?

I was told that I could only write in blue and black ink for my forms at work. This is a data entry job. There was no specific on how deep the color needed to be. Now all the papers that I put in baby blue do not show up on the scanner and eccentric coworker who already doesn't like me is upset. Basically micromanages everything I do even down to missing a staple if I destaples documents which helps her out. I said that I wouldn't use that color again and I would just use black from now on.

Do you think that I should fix my mistake even though it wasn't a mistake it was a scanner not picking up the light color ink. Should I go back and rewrite all of the form numbers in the filing cabinet? Thanks for your input.
