If in America 🇺🇸 if they didn't speak understandable English they can hit the door!!

I've had people who come to America and refuse to learn English but tell ME I need to learn Spanish.🙄 They sure do have some nerve.

If they didn't fill out the job application completely. No leaving blanks!

Since forever the hiring person always looks at their hands to see how well kept they are. If they aren't kept well, they are outta there.

If they don't have answers to your questions you're asking them. That happened to me one time and I will never forget it.

Some of the questions you may ask are just too hard to answer when under such a time crunch. Try not to ask an almost impossible question and putting them on the spot. Some of the questions I have been asked during job interviews really sucked!
