How my heart feels about it. I can't always trust my mind and I can't always stay level headed in my emotions. So I make the hard decisions with my heart. My thoughts and emotions turn into discernment there. I have found when it comes from the heart intentions turn into actions that make the world a better place.

Not in work at the moment but, that mental snapping and warm pull towards doing something. For me though it'd be meds, supplements, exercise, eating well these hugely contribute to my decisions, when i don't do this im extremely paranoid, depressed, inflexible, linear and concrete in the way i think.
