Obviously, if I'm going to make a decision, I'm going to make sure the options I consider move me toward meeting my primary objective. Once I've narrowed down my options to functional options, I take a close look at how each option might impact others. If others might be harmed or uncomfortable with an option, I'll lower that option's priority on my list. My final choice will always be that which is most functional and least harmful.
