How much work would you say you should do at the very least on a day you are working?

When I first began trying to write books, I worked 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, and often over 50 hours a week or sometimes over 80 hours a week.

Now that I have established the traditional foundations, I tend to work less than 5 hours a day, maybe less than 3 hours, or less than 2 hours a day. I wonder if I am cheating the world, by working less than 3 hours a day or less than 2 hours a day, since you have all these labourers who work 12 hours a day or more. I could continue my reduced work load, and just add more goals to my life, such as a second career, or upgrading my education, or doing cultural studies, or bible studies, or add work outs to my life.

Right now I do not exercise unless I am on vacation, or at family gatherings, and I just diet to lose weight. It is not due purely to laziness, but also I do not want to lose weight too fast because I think it is dangerous, and that is the biggest reason I do not exercise. I get dangerous levels of dehydration every time I engage in rapid weight loss, and I always have rapid weight loss, it is never slow weight loss. It is always rapid weight loss or rapid weight gain, but it is never slow weight loss or slow weight gain.
