What kind of skills and topics can I teach or have volunteers teach to become resistant to automation?

Some stuff that I'd love to are regulated so until I set up a non-profit and it gets accredited, it won't qualify and thus it'd be illegal to. Keep in mind I'm not emulating typical employment centres nor conventional schools, so don't suggest anything of those either. I'd aspire to emulate what Tate does with TRW (formerly Hustler's University), but replace high risk, high rewards style gigs with legitimate work. And of course for my non-profit, I'd only accept clients that meet specific criteria so that'd further incentivize normies to volunteer rather than expect a salary.

If you're just gonna tell me random crap like automation is gonna fully replace all jobs, don't bother responding or I'll censor and block you
