Do you stick with one hobby or lose interest and hop to the next?

Back when I was in high school and college I think I joined about every club and sports team I could. I never stayed in any of them for long. Over the years Iv'e tried tons of hobbies and had lots of different jobs heck Iv'e even dated quite a few guys. It's just once I start something I get board. The only Hobbies I've been consistent with were singing and drawing. Honestly I can't think of all the money I've wasted. 😅 It's partly why I was so poor in my early 20s, that and I couldn't keep a job for long 😬 Id' just quit on the spot.

So am I alone in this?

At one point, I was interested in so many things.

I was seriously into biking for a while. I started with a mountain bike, then switched to a road bike so I could focus on road cycling. It was a very expensive switch. My road bike kept having issues, and my tires were constantly getting punctured, which was both annoying and costly. Now I stick to a commuter bike, though I still ride long distances on it. Running has been my most consistent hobby over the past few years.

It depends on what’s happening, but my family are all big believers in hobbies. I’m a writer, my brother plays music, my mother paints, etc. and we’ve all kept to those with relative consistency, but we also have things we add in as our lives change. Video games and legos and whatever

Your curiosity is a strength; it just needs better boundaries.

My hobbies never change, I don't understand how others change theirs frequently.
Mine are collecting/playing Tcgs mainly mtg making custom cards too, writing, watching shows, reading, painting directed towards miniatures like warhammer, board games and chess, going to gigs and last but most importantly video games.
These are the things I like so I do them all the time, pretty much everything else I don't like nor would ever do so I don't change my hobbies.
At least this is what I can think of.

Wow. I've used just about everything in your photo. My Bachelor of Science was in Graphic Design with a Photography minor, so Photography, graphics, design, logos, book design, illustration, product design and a few other subspecialties are a given. I like to cook, do garden design (which draws heavily on Graphic Design), play organ/piano. I don't typically "lose interest" - - - - - sort of a natural flow of interests has developed based on weather (if it's pouring rain, I won't be in the garden, for example) and the everyday rhythm of life.

I have a few I jump around with but my main one is woodworking. From whittling to fucking around with my new lathe. Not big but I can make tool handles and shit with it easier than by hand

I have a lot of hobbies, I’ll put one down and put focus on a particular for a bit then go back into a different one then go back to what I was interested in prior.
Drawing is consistently something I enjoy as a hobby.
