I might quit my job if I get hired at a new job.
at my job I been there few years & it’s now full of envious supervisors & leads , a lot of drama gossip like higshcool & as I’m a good worker that never gets fired and pretty , everyone hates me & I been trying hard get promotion & I realized they refuse give me a promotion. I work at a warehouse & want be a trainer/lead.
so if I get asked in interview , why I want leave current job, what I say? I say no room for Growth? Or I wanted be promoted as trainer & got denied?

In interviews, stay calm, brief, and positive. For example:
- “I’ve learned a lot in my current warehouse role, but there’s limited opportunity to grow into trainer/lead positions. I’m looking for a place where I can develop further and contribute more, especially in training and leadership.”
If they press about why you weren’t promoted:
- “Those roles are very limited there. I’m ready for more responsibility, and I’m seeking an environment that actively develops internal talent.”
Avoid mentioning gossip, envy, or toxicity. Focus on growth, skills, and what you want next.
I guess maybe that you hope in the future there might be new opportunities.
@Masie no I meant if they ask y at my current job there’s no room for growth and be trainer?
