How do I explain leaving a toxic job in an interview professionally?

I might quit my job if I get hired at a new job.
at my job I been there few years & it’s now full of envious supervisors & leads , a lot of drama gossip like higshcool & as I’m a good worker that never gets fired and pretty , everyone hates me & I been trying hard get promotion & I realized they refuse give me a promotion. I work at a warehouse & want be a trainer/lead.
so if I get asked in interview , why I want leave current job, what I say? I say no room for Growth? Or I wanted be promoted as trainer & got denied?

Its the right thing to do. Its always been that way. Im a manager that hires people. If they leave earlier or says im gone in a few days and when I fill out termination forms I put down non rehireable. When new company you applied for and they may call me and although I can't say it but I can hint it that you left early. You will not get that job. 2 week notice has been around for ages. What sucks is all the young people dont care and that's wrong. No wonder America went to shit.
