I’ve coached people for 20+ years, and I’ve learned to *act* patient—listening carefully, asking questions, slowing things down. But internally, I still want progress fast, results clear, decisions made.

I admire those who stay genuinely calm when plans slip, people struggle, or ambiguity drags on. They don’t just manage their reactions; their default setting is spacious, unhurried presence.

I work on it daily—breathing, reframing delays as data, and reminding myself: growth has its own pace, not mine.
