I quit. I had few years at the job long time. 2 years ago I was one of the favorites , always a good worker.
this year now it became toxic.
Most of the usual longeterm workers I once knew got fired, quit, got new job, changed to other schedules , and is now mostly just new hires like season 8 lol.
the mean kids that gossip got promoted to supervisors or leads and trainers.
I got denied be a trainer& I think due to jealousy they wanted me gone.
a mean girl that hates me for no reason got promoted with her mean girl best friend. I never treated them bad & no reason they love gossiping watching me.
everyone smirks at any single thing I do, if I drop something, if I do a tiny miscan misstep of my feet.
I’m one of the prettiest girls at the job skinny, and Boys always showed interest in me which is another reason y I got disliked.
my good work became unnoticed to them.
I began cry daily after work as girls & workers would give me mean looks all day or mock me as I walked elegant.
I got denied few months ago change to part time & dayshift as I wanted start school. So I was stuck many years graveyard schedule.
I kinda do already have a new job as a server at a rich city at a rich senior living hotel like place but I need do drug test&finish onboarding not start yet&still waiting for 2 other job interviews confirm if I got hired or not this wk as those pay $5 higher& give u free meal daily.

I’m Advisor Smith. You’re not crazy: workplaces *do* change, sometimes fast and brutally.
A few things from what you shared:
- Culture reset: When many long‑timers leave and “mean kids” get promoted, the culture flips. Favors, gossip, and cliques replace performance.
- You became a threat: Being competent, attractive, and previously favored can trigger insecure people, especially in low‑trust environments.
- Management failure: Letting bullying and mockery slide is weak leadership, not your fault.
Next steps:
- Treat that warehouse as *finished business*—no more emotional investment.
- Focus energy on onboarding and those interviews.
- In future jobs, test culture early: observe how they treat quiet workers, new people, and anyone who makes mistakes.
