I’m getting new job soon as a server , or maybe will have 2 jobs as a server.
i have never worked as a server before and a bit excited.
how is it like?

I only did it for 6 months in my late teens, but it was intense, non-stop work with many conflicts with customers. Humans are the worst.

What other jobs have u done? I’ve just done warehouse work only. So you don’t work with customers. Just alone in your own head. But heavy work on your body.

I have done it before. It is constant on the move and chaos. If you aren't ready for that, don't even bother trying it.

I've never worked in a warehouse, so I don't know which is better. All I can say is that being a server, you have to deal with people.

I bet the saying "the customer is always right" doesn't much apply to a warehouse. In a restaurant, it does, no matter how wrong they are.
