Pain killers. Take some before your shift and then after. I work fast food as well. Yesterday I worked from 10am-9pm. If you get a break take some more.
I pull long ass shifts like that 6 days a week. My schedule is basically as follows
S 11a-9p
M 3p-2A
T 3p-2a
W 3p-2a
T OFF :)
F 3p-2a
S 3p-2a
I'm telling you, pain killers are the way to go. You can also consult with a health professional for alternative methods of pain control and whether or not you're even fit to work such a demanding job. Good luck to you.

It may take a while to get use to, but your feet will ache for a few weeks due to standing up most of the day. It's better if you can keep moving rather than being in the same place.
As for you pain, I would imagine it happens for a reason. You should consult your doctor, perhaps your job isn't recommended if it is starting to hurt you at the end of the day.
