I quit McDonald's a little over a month ago. It was very fast paced with a lot to learn, and I hated dealing with customers. I was always overwhelmed and stressed to the point i lost all interest in hobbies because work is all I could think about. I applied for a job as a night clerk at kroger. Im pretty sure its just stocking overnight. Im guessing its pretty physically demanding, but maybe more straight forward with not much customer interaction. I have an interview for it tomorrow. Does it sound like I might be less stressed out if I get the job?

I don't think either one would be stressful. Try a 7-11 on a university campus!! We got SLAMMED every night from about 1:00 `til at least 3:00 a. m.!! When I worked graveyard at Giant Eagle (now owned by Kroger), almost NOBODY came in after 10:00 p. m.!!

Don’t you get free food at McDonald’s? What are you gonna be allowed to get at Krogers you have to pay for it. You better stick with McDonald’s you won’t get skinny at that job the double quarter pounder with cheese has good protein

Im like 30 lbs overweight. I dont need free food. Also, I could use the workout stocking shelves for 8 hours would give me.
