I don't like country much tbh but hey music is music and if I hear something I like then I'll like it regardless the genre.
I hate country music. Whining vocals. Third grade level lyrics. Trite melodies with increasingly incoherent musical grammar.
And that's before even examining the culture around country music...

Right now I am listening to a French singer named Indila. Just love her!!
Also an Estonian composer named Arvo Part. He is pretty esoteric but if one listens long enough,

So my suggestion is to youtube Indila's Derniere Danse. It was the song that got me started with her, although I think she has some other very beautiful songs.

it is. its sad i can learn german really easily but because i learned Spanish its really hard for me to learn Spanish because its so similar i get confused... french sounds amazing and i want to live in paris for a year or two at some point

i've spent a summer in Rome, but mostly I end up somewhere in Scandinavia. I went To St. Petersburg, Russia this summer though.
Rome is amazing too and so much fun. i've always wanted to go to scandanavia i heard its better in the summer since it gets freezing in the winter?
oh it is beautiful either way. The summers in Estonia are warm but not hot. And there is so much to do!
In Parnu where our apartment is, there is a summer beach and resort. Even a nudist beach!
Copenhagen is also a hoot. And Stockholm too.

Also, in part I'm taking a jab at your similar statement; we should give everything a chance because it's not the arrangement that's most important so much as it is the viewer's interpretation. If one can contemplate reality and and find wisdom within the EDM experience, then EDM is profound as fuck to that person. Give everything a chance, people.
don't just give everything a chance senselessly. good reasons should be provided as justification given you seem intelligent enough to deliver them. i don't think multiple essays are requires i bet you get summarize but still preserve some detail
Well shit, where to start?
Without going into specifics of each concept, as a reflection of the greater universe it's inherently nihilistic and amoral. It embodies naturalism, structuralism and romanticism.
It expands your mind by destroying what you know and recombines the pieces in perverted ways to make you think and question the nature of reality, or it can just let you pick up the pieces on your own and figure it out for yourself. That process in itself can have meaning.
It's the romantic pursuit of freedom through truth or power or death or whatever else. Themes of transcendence and transformation are integral to it's overall aesthetic. It's the process of ego-death.
You can find all this in the instrumentals and then the lyrical content is just to enhance these ideas if you even feel the need to look them up for a song you like. I don't, the titles give me all the imagery I need to get the picture.
