2. Hurt by Nine Inch Nails

Starting out with the lyric "I hurt myself today, to see if I still feel", this song is about hurting yourself and feeling like everyone you care about leaves. I can relate to that a lot...

3. Happy House by Siouxsie and the Banshees

Sometimes I listen to this song when I feel like I have to pretend I'm fine but inside I'm dying.

Coming from such a young girl, this is really sad. If you ever want to feel good about yourself then you need to break away from this demented and depressing badass music like Marylin Manson and Nine Inch Nails and start listening to the good guys. The Marilyn Manson album, Smells Like Children, seems just a bit creepy for my tastes. If a musician making overt musical references to being a pedophile is your idea of a happy and healthy listening experience then I don't know what else to tell you? Enjoy the demented debauchery! Also, the videos that I posted here are much less corporate and conformist than any of the songs you've mentioned.
