California Blue, Pretty Woman and You Got It are very good songs. I don't really know his earlier production.

I like a lot of Roy Orbison's songs, and I think some are timeless classic songs like Pretty Woman.
I think the ones you chose were hits of the time, and the 50's created some classic songs, but typical 50's music is not my type of music.
I think the one where he sings "Cryin, cryin, crying over you..." Is my favorite
Crying inspired my user name (llorando is Spanish for crying), but In Dreams will always be my favorite.
Crying can be found here.
Top 10 Roy Orbison Songs From The 60's โ
If only he had not smoked so much and taken better care of himself. I would have loved to see more Traveling Wilburys albums. I know, that's much later on in his career, but anyway...
I have heard all of those songs plus many more over the years except the last one. Paper Boy.
people liked different style then , than now.
Roy was one of the best, man.
Roy really came into his own in the 60s.
His life was truly tragic
