Cartoon Days: A poem about the innocence of childhood

Cartoon Days: A poem about the innocence of childhood

Ever since I was a little boy

Cartoons have fille my life with joy.

The Rugrats were my favorite babies

Along with Powerpuff Girls the kickass ladies.

Hey Arnold taught me to be more of a positive guy

Animaniacs taught me to embrace my zany side.

Spongebob was so silly and nonsensical

Rocko's Modern Life was just as identical.

King Of The Hill was always grand

But Ed, Edd, and Eddy I never was a fan

Ren and Stimpy drove my parents insane

However they did like Pinky and the Brain.

I loved Kim Possible cause she was cool

Phineas and Ferb still never went back to school.

But the one cartoon I still love most of all..

Is Dipper and Mabel Pines of Gravity Falls.

Cartoons make the world better so you see

A little spot of happiness on your TV

So if you get depressed with all the news.

Go on Boomerang and watch old Looney Tunes.
