I think Tom Marvolovo Riddle was his real name before he became Lord Voldemort. Also, an anagram is a phrase or something hidden by mixing the letters up to spell something usually not so related or not so obvious to the latter. This is just a guess as I wasn't deep into Harry Potter lore.
