  Ok let's backtrack for a minute.
  I believe "Booblug-ing" is acceptable if it is done in private. My issue is with exposing oneself to the rest of the world in an indecent manner.
  It's completely ok to have fun and to enjoy yourself but enjoying yourself has it's limits.
  
  I also believe the consumption of alcohol for recreational reasons is foolish and irresponsible, but that's a story for another time.
