I actually don't understand why anybody goes to strip clubs. They're a waste of money, unsanitary, exploitative, and give a false sense of relationships. I know guys go because they like to see naked women, sometimes have business meetings there, and often have a delusional fantasy about getting into a relationship with a stripper. Most straight women I know who have gone went with a boyfriend or a bachelorette type party. Some of them also fantasize about getting up on stage and being the object of affection for men. For the most part, I think it's a social outing and is fun because it feels tabboo
Personally I don't go to strip clubs. I accidentally ended up in a gay strip club one time, but was so drunk I got kicked out pretty quickly for throwing up on a table. (Luckily I didn't see anybody fully naked, just with a giant spiky thong on lol). That will never be my first choice of venue, and I don't plan on going to one with female dancers either
It's just a tabboo social outing. They like to get together, get drunk, and have fun in some dimly-lit venue. They aren't necessarily going to look at the strippers, especially if they go in a group or for a party. I actually don't know any straight women who have been to a strip club with female dancers for any other reason than a bachelorette party or with a boyfriend. I know three girls who go to strip clubs and they're all bi or lesbians, but I know more bi and lesbian girls who don't go to strip clubs. Some of them go to dance, at least I heard there's one strip club in town where they have a dance floor too

A lot of girls go for non-sexual reasons, but you will find some who do go for sexual reasons with it being a sexually-themed venue
For fun. It is usually in a group and usually for some event.
It is not often that a woman will go to a strip club by herself unlike men that will go to a strip club by themselves. See - differences in the gender about visual attraction - it is there because it is a reality though you want to doubt it. :)

I have been once and It felt like the most degrading moment of my life, in all honesty. Not degrading for the women, they were just doing their job, degrading for me and all the men there. Most of the men looked like they were in their 30's to 40's, divorced, terrible marriage, hate their job kind of people. The kind of person whose mother told them they would be astronauts some day but ended up screwing things up somehow along the way. Not many young men my age.

Well everyone loves boobs, straight or not. That aside, women see it as a fun outing. Ah mate now you're just putting words in my mouth, you have misunderstood me. I can't speak for the rest of the world unfortunately, but I believe all people are beautiful in one way or another regardless of their gender. I believe the male body has that effect on women too, it's just perhaps women feel a bit more shy to comment on it? I am not sure 100% on that side of things, as it would depend on the woman.
Again I can't speak for the whole female population, as I am one singular female. I am sure some of them do go to strip clubs that have male performers too, as for those who don't perhaps they fear the looks they'd get upon entering? (Those people probably just don't go to strip clubs in all honesty). Additionally (not sure how it is in different places) there are significantly less strip clubs with male entertainment nowadays than female entertainment, making these performers rather scarce to find. And a portion of those performers are also working in gay clubs, not that women aren't welcome however that's not the clientele those performers are most likely aiming for.
What I was trying to ask is if women don’t feel different emotions when they a attractive male compared to a attractive female. Considering that these women are supposedly “straight” wouldn’t they rather go to male strip clubs considering that they would feel attraction towards the male performers?

Sexual arousal means sexually turned on (erection for men, wetness and widening for women). Unless your body reacts in such a way, I think you are confusing it with aesthetic appeal.

Why do 'those women' (myself included) go to see female strippers over male strippers? Well.. good fucking luck finding male strippers in the first place. I'm only aware of one location near me that has male strippers every few weekends and it's at a club that is sleezy/rundown af (it's called 'pancho's, for starters). My boyfriend would definitely never join me on a trip there, even if just for shits and giggles. Nor would any of my friends who plan on coming home alive.
