When is it too early to wish happy birthday beforehand?

Wishing someone "Happy Early Birthday." When is it too early to tell them that? Can you say that weeks in advance or no?

yeah you can. if it were me i'd feel flattered it just means you were thinking of them. it's never too early unless it's like several months before their actual birthday

i'd be happy. if someone said "i wanted to be the first person to wish you a happy birthday so happy early birthday, i love you!!"
