What is the best time to wish someone a Happy-Birthday?

I'm curious to know what time of day you would like to have someone wish you a happy birthday!

Do you feel that it would make a difference on your mood?

In the morning/when they wake up 5-8am

When they're beginning work 8-11am

During their lunch break/midday 8-12am

Afternoon, finishing up work 12-4pm

Just after work/on their way home 4-8pm

In the evening/before bed 8/12pm

It's best to wish them happy birthday whenever you think of it, because inevitably you'll forget about it later.
