Should I wish Happy Birthday during no contact?

A girl i had sex with left me with the impression that she wanted something more, since she wanted to hold hands, sleep together hugged and she even let me know her family. Unfortunately she is actually busy (she works 3 jobs and goes to the gym) and she started to act distant so i went no contact. It has been around 20ish days, but she still watches my IG stories and likes all the pictures that i post. So i was wondering, since her birtday is in about 3 weeks, should i wish her Happy birthday or get her some flowers?

Wish her a happy birthday, but nothing more. You may think getting her flowers will make her want to talk to you more, but it will actually do the opposite. She'll think, why is this guy sending me flowers when I haven't even talked to him? So you'll come off as a simp. Just say "Happy birthday" and nothing else. By doing that you open the door one last time for her to reach out to you. If she responds with something more than "thank you", then you have a green light to continue talking to her. But if thank you is all you get, that's your sign to move on, because she's not interested in you. There are billions of girls, don't get hung up on one that won't give you the time of day. You're better than that.

Wish her a happy birthday and ask her if she would like to hang out sometime (or talk, or whatever you want to say).

It's amazing how much doubts you can clear up with a simple, specially in person, conversation!

If she is working 3 jobs she must be having some difficulties which might hinder your potential relationship. That takes a lot of energy.

In the end it's up to you. You might give her a small gift if you meet, flowers can be too much.

You know her best. What does she like? Is there any shared memory from your more intimate days that you can put in gift form in a non-creepy way?

In the end it could be anything. Just enough to let her know you are still interested; there's no need to make a grand gesture with someone you aren't sure with, nor does it have to be romantic at all.

Since you asked for an example: even a good birthday card shows you remember the date. Don't try to do everything at once... 🤷🏻‍♂️
