Is there anyone that really believes Naruto could take Goku?

Or any of the main Dragon Ball fighters for that matter? Because from what I've been told by sources, many of the "Weak" characters could clap him.
I'll admit I do not watch Naruto, though I did give it a try. However, I know many people that do, including my best friend. They all scale it relatively similar.

Super Saiyan levels are a plot device that allows Goku to always come out on top, eventually.

Not strong enough to beat whoever it is he's fighting? Just create another Super Saiyan Level. Add some unique special effect at each Super Saiyan level so that the readers/watchers can distinguish between the various levels.

No they are not. Goku beat Frieza like that and only Frieza. Super Saiyan 3 beat no one and neither did Super Saiyan God. Didn't really happen with Super Saiyan Blue either so evidently you don't know what you are talking about.

Vegeta beat a god of destruction in training. I think naruto ended with him and susaka killing a god. So naruto and susaka vs goku and vegeta would be a toss up. But if you did cast vs cast dragonball would wipe the floor with ninja in orange.

NARUTO CANNOT BEAT GOKU

Thing is,

None of the characters in Naruto have the ability to destroy a planet

Hell, not even Kaguya has the ability to destroy a planet with a single blow

DB FIGHTERS ARE JUST TOO POWERFUL, AND TOO FAST FOR ANY NARUTO CHARACTER, even Naruto, Madara, Hashirama, including Kaguya.

Perhaps people like Krilin, Yamcha and such would be easily beaten by most of the Naruto characters.

Killin and Yamcha are far more powerful than people think. While not as strong as Goku, they can easily destroy large planets and stars. Killin might be strong enough to wipe out galaxies in Dragon Ball Super, but they don't expand on him much.
