I just set up a recording for Looney Tunes and watched it this Saturday morning, as a matter of fact. I fast forward to see if there's any old gems in it. I caught an interesting one today. It was a spoof, with two rats or mice, of The Honeymooners.
I liked Pepe le Pew and Senor Frog and Foghorn Leghorn and Marvin the Martian.

"Hello my baby, hello my honey, hello my rag time gal..."
Good song.
Didn't really care for Daffy but I love this picture. Never found a reason to use it until now.

+1 yAs old as I am, I've never not liked animation. First that I saw was Popeye the Sailor in reruns, Betty Boop. Loved the Max Fleisher cartoons with that 3-D Rotoscope. Superman color cartoons from the '30s were amazing. Then in the late 30s and 40s and 50s came the Rabbit, the Martian, the Rooster. Looney Tunes had great variety and strength, writing, music. "What's Opera Doc?" "The Dot and the Line." (both Academy Award winners)
Later in the '60s were the Flintstones, the Jetsons and G. I. Joe. MIghty Mouse, a Superman/mouse spinoff. Yogi Bear. Secret Squirrel. Rocky and Bullwinkle. Jonny Quest! Schoolhouse Rock. RIck and Morty! There is so much good and funny animation! I'll enjoy it forever.20 Reply

All of these choices are horrible. God-awful. Except for Looney Tunes, and possibly Spider-Man, depending on the version (90s Spider-Man sucked and doesn't stand the test of time; Spectacular Spider-Man is so-so.) OP definitely isn't a Westerner, I can tell. Half of these look like some strange eastern European or Russian crap.
Closest one on this list of terrible choices would be Pokemon. I watched it up to gen 3's Battle Frontier, but I'd never admit it was a "good show" or anything. Possibly, season 1, but nothing beyond that. It was repetitive and Ash is stupid.00 Reply

I spent most of my childhood in Japan so my favorites were mostly Japanese cartoons like Hokuto No Ken and Saint Seiya. Among the ones I saw in the US, my favorites included Inspector Gadget, The Land Before Time (just the first movie), and Mysterious Cities of Gold (although it is actually a Japanese-French production, but it seemed far more popular in the US than in Japan and I watched it for the first time dubbed in English):

And Adventures of Little Koala. I visited the US sometimes as a little boy for Summer or Christmas and watched it at my grandfather's place. Well, I liked it when I was like 5-years old.

This is my childhood favorite: Hokuto no Ken (aka Fist of the North Star). I think Americans would consider this an adult show due to the graphic violence but it was considered a kids' show here in Japan (we didn't really care about kids seeing violence back then in Japan, although sexuality was considered adult material):

I'm TRYING to get the whole collection but only have about 1/3, so far. I had a lot more on VHS but, I lost that 16 months ago when my ex-sisters had me kicked out of my house.

+1 yThe Warner Brothers stuff, the Fleisher Brothers stuff, Rocky & Bullwinkle, anything by Tex Avery or Bob Clampett, Roger Ramjet, George Of The Jungle, Super Chicken, Hanna-Barbera stuff up to the very early 70's, especially The Impossibles, Shazam, The Herculoids, The Fantastic Four, Jonny Quest, The Banana Splits, Secret Squirrel and a few others I'm probably forgetting.

(William) Hanna and (Joseph) Barbera cartoons had their moments, but their real forte was low production costs and being specialized for television, rather than top notch animation:
