Art styles of many anime and mangas have female characters, drawn with childish features. They also have a tendency to be sexualized. This is because of their “cute” focused culture, known as Kawaii culture. It isn't specifically geared towards pedophiles but groups of people wanting to go back to their childhood. Anything like that will also attract pedophiles unfortunately.
