I'd start small and make sure it's something you're interested in and then once you know this is what you want, then you can start spending more money on it.
Pfft, forget professionalism. I plan on using Crayola colored pencils to color my Conga Series. It seems the easiest and cheapest. I’m gonna (try to) print the final versions in ink anyways so PFFFFT. Speaking of printing, how you do make copies of paper on color? Does the printer take all the colors in at once or…?
