My friends dad died during a vacation to the Philippines due to a car crash and my friends cousin was kidnapped in the Philippines because she tried to impress a good looking guy there by bragging about how much money her dad made and did not know he was dangerous. They raped her when they did not get their ransom payment, than let her go.

From what I've seen, India. Mumbai and Delhi have the WORST traffic

Bangkok didn't let us drive because the traffic was so bad.
Lima Peru and Bogota Colombia are pretty intense.
I'm sure there are worse places but those are the worst in my experience.

  Oh, and in Puerto Rico no one stops at red lights at night... because carjacking is an issue. It's been a while but that's how it used to be.

I thought that traffic and drivers in California was as bad as it could get, that is until I visited Cairo, Egypt. Driving in Cairo is as bad as it can get.

I'm guessing India is pretty bad... more than a billion people, many crammed into cities, lots of vehicles, and only limited enforcement of traffic laws.

The US has the worst drivers (but really, just the West Coast. But REALLY really, just California.) And China and India probably has the worst traffic just due to population.

I thought the driving was crazy in China but then I went to India. OMFG! Seriously, India is pure white knuckle even for a guy show skydives and used to ride crotch rockets. Taxi's will pass on the shoulder at 75 mph, no bull
