If Hollywood is 95% fake talent, where is all the real talent in the entertainment industry?

It isn’t. Most people appearing in films can act. It’s looks easy, but that’s only because they are very good at it. Go see a community theater production and the difference is obvious. A few film stars get by on their looks or charm, but not many. Child stars who can’t act don’t have careers as adults.

What makes you think 95% of it is fake? The problem isn't the individual actors and writers; the problem is that movies are MASS efforts, involving hundreds of different people, and one or two mistakes, often not visible from as close as they are, can doom a project to suckitude.
