What percentage of celebrities are actually talented?

I feel most fall into celebrity, like via reality shows.

Not like the olden days when chicks had to give studio execs BJs.

Most are talented

i don't consider most people celebrities. i don't consider Oprah a celeb. so when you group those pseudo-celebs in with actual talent then the percentage goes way down. most aren't talented
