I mean acting is like any other job sure, but other job is not that publickly exposed in the entertainment business as being an actor or an actress. For being so exposed to the public, cameras here and there, public events, awards shows, where like the entire planet set eyes to see them on their screen, fans admiring them or enjoying watching their movies or TV shows., want autographs (some stars are grateful and sign others are rude and are not gratefull) so part of their private life becomes public and they are in the public eye most of the time.
They loose their privacy ike in a 70% but even though they are are so expose they want to h ave a normal private life as well but it is so difficult for them to achieve that but that comes with the territory of being a public figure like 70% of their life and they should know that and have to know and learn how to deal with all of that, otherwise they go crazy even mentally crazy, when the fame goes to their head.
But if they do not like or really enjoy much all this life that comes with their profession and much of it is to loose their privacy. why they became a celebrity in the first place? Im sure when they all started and they were like doing other things (waiting tables, and other jobs to earn some money) to get by before becoming a movie star, they must know the sacrifices and the pain of being a movie star is, but instead of quitting and not continue, they kept going to purse their "dream job" because they want to become movie/TV star.
I mean you dont see other people in other professions with their lives so publickly exposed (architects, engineers, secretaries, nurses, doctors, publicists, etc ) but choose acting and do succeed and your life will change 360 degrees. And people admire more celebrities but not intellectuals, scientists, etc
