Do you believe celebrities do care about their followers?

or that is jsut a myth? I mean they got into the business of making movies or playing sports and they are constanly on the eye of the public and in some way they are public figures and fans follow them for their work or the sports they practice. For the movie stars, fans like the movies they do for the public and an audience and movie stars most of the time thank the audience and public who watches their work on TV or the big screenas movei stars believe that if a person likes their job is because they did a good movie or job and an standing ovation or the applause of an audience is the most rewarding thing for a movie star.

So who do movie stars make movies for honestly? Themselves or strangers and public, espcially when they are public figures? Why they wanted to become an actor or an actress and be a public figure even if that comes with the loss or privacy and the criticism and they are aware of that?

Now do come celebriteis really care about their fandom their followers? If soem do care why do you think it is and the ones who dont why do you think it also is?

For example there is a handsome actor who lets say is active and some months ago he premeried his latest movie but unfortunately his movie did not succeed as much as this actor would had wanted even if he made this movie with a lot of love and dedication during the hard times of the pandemic. This actor is very private in his personal life, noone knows if he is dating or not, in public he had never seen with a woman if a paparazzis take a photo of him and neitehr he has taken a lady to public entertainment events, he always goes by himself adn even if he had a lady he is the type of actor who do not take his partner with

and there is no much information about him like new projects communicated to the media or press so fans could forget him and he does not allow to disclose many things about his job as an actor to the public either just when he wants it even if takes months and months to let the public know about new projects.

It is just business to them. Having fans that see their movies makes money for the Producers, investors, and them. Some actors make more money on one movie than you will make in 30 years. But, their shelf life is not that long and they are replaced by other new actors all the time. I don't think they really care that much to be mobbed by fans looking for an autograph. Even Tik Tokers only care about likes and how many people see their videos. I don't think any really give a care who their fans are or anything about them other than a number of likes and followers.

Name someone who actually cares about their fans. And don't say Taylor Swift. If she cared about her fans her concert tickets would not be so expensive. She, like a lot of others, are in it for the money, and fans are how you get that money.

I think it depends on the celebrity, how down to earth they are, and the time you catch them.

Most people never tire of adulation. But thier life isn't necessarily adulation. a lot of times it's someone just trying to get a piece of them. And over a long enough timeline that can wear on a person. If you run into them it might be the first time you met some famous in person. But this might be thier millionth time running into a fan.

I hear Keanu Reeves is someone who is down to earth and makes time for his fans. I was told of a story where he went to the movies and one of the workers asked for his autograph but neither had anything for him to write on. So he declined and went into the theater. About 10 minutes later he came back and got popcorn and then he signed the receipt for the popcorn. He didn't even take the popcorn. He just did it so the person could have his autograph.

I think some do and some don't. On principle, celebs have to create some level of emotional separation between themselves and their fans, but how much probably depends on the emotional needs and preferences of the individual.

They're human. Some care more than others. But typically, people who value that line of work tend to have more narcissistic traits. So most probably only care about their fans in relation to how their fans boost them up. And ofc you have the exceptions. But I'd imagine the celebrities usually take their fans for granted more often than not.

I don't think they care about any of their followers/fans, they are just happy to have their love, support, and dollars when they go to their movies, concerts, or watch their shows through subscriptions. Celebrities don't even know who all their followers are, and I highly doubt they're ever spending any time on social media actually going through their list of followers to really get to know any of them let alone speak.

I would say people like Keanu Reeves and Johnny Depp do actually care about their fans. Johnny has always said, he wouldn't be where he is today if it weren't for his fans. He is always taking time to say hello to people and sign things and he would a lot of times, dress up as captain Jack and visit kids in hospital. He has also always donated to charities and never really bragged about doing it, as he never cared about getting recognition for doing it, unlike many other celebrities who brag.

Keanu Reeves also does the same. He is quite shy, but he always takes time to take photos with his fans and many years ago, some lady crashed into his motorcycle and he only cared about knowing if the woman was okay or not. Even though he loved that motorcycle. Ed Sheeran also cares about his fans. A little boy just recently invited him to attend his birthday and Ed is showing up to the birthday of the boy.

They care that they’re liked and followed, but do they take time to really read every comment do they ever have any interactions with somebody or take the time to get to know somebody better? They do because everyone likes fame. Even God likes fame. The case of celebrities is that they get a kind of fame, and the kore people know about their lives, the more likeable they get by the public.

Many of these celebrities don't even run their own social media pages, so they probably have no idea how many followers they have. Most of them are run by their managers.
