What is a book that you’re planning to read?

I’m not much of a reader, I haven’t read a book in yearssssss. But I’m really interested in reading Jennette Mccurdys book “I’m Glad My Mom Died”

She talks about her mom abusing her, sexual abuse by producers on Nickelodeon, how she developed eating disorders from acting, her resentment towards Ariana Grande, etc.

this book bouta be good af 💀

I would read any book from child stars talking about what went down behind the scenes of those shows. Dan Schneider (the creator of Zoey 101, Drake and Josh, iCarly, Victorious, Sam and Cat, etc.) was a disgusting piece of shit 🤢

Just found another book that’s pretty cool. It’s called “The drug users bible”
Don’t remember the authors name but he tried 157 drugs and talks about his experience and also gives instructions on how to do each drug in the safest way possible

One zoologist suggests some answers actually may be hiding in plain sight, right here at home. In a provocative new book, “The Zoologist’s Guide to the Galaxy,” Arik Kershenbaum contends that life on Earth provides hints of what we might expect to find on other planets.

Kershenbaum, a scientist at the University of Cambridge, asserts that the “universal laws of biology” that govern life on Earth also apply to aliens. The most important is that species evolve by natural selection, the bedrock idea of evolutionary biology proposed by Charles Darwin. No matter how alien biochemistry might work and no matter how planetary environments might differ, Kershenbaum argues that some version of Darwinian selection would be at work — and would have channelled alien evolution to restricted menus of possibilities.

Thus, Kershenbaum predicts that alien life will bear striking parallels to earthly life.
