I feel like he's the kind of guy you just exchange insults with every time you see them, kinda like an old Irish guy who's seen it all.

I'd let him stay as long as my trash was still getting off my property, it would be kinda funny to start my days having a conversation with the weed monster who lives in my trashcan.
