I get heated.. and then we both laugh at my reaction, and then I laugh realizing what they said was good, or terribly bad 🤦‍♀️😂.
It really is an “expense,” when some people know us a LITTLE TOO WELL.

Yeah and in fact I enjoy implementing self-deprecating humor. People relax when they get a sense that one in not all Business all the time and can handle getting his chops busted... like be taught many India cuss words... then called them in presentations and discussions... then all of them at the end. Then, giving them English version, India same word with hand symbols...
It is good as long as the Numbers are coming in rightly.

It depends. I usually have to catch myself getting mad and when I do I can usually laugh with everyone. But sometimes Its hard to tell how far is too far and those situations can be stressful in their own way.
