Yes, but it was a documentary.
On F 17 October 1980, Black Sabbath and Blue Öyster Cult performed at the Nassau Colisseum with Sabbath as the opening act followed by BÖC. The next night, in Madison Square Garden, the order was reversed. I went to both shows.

However, that first show was special. I was on the floor close to the stage. I noticed TV cameras in several places and realized they were going to film this show. And they did. It became an episode of "Don Kirschner's Rock Concert" which was a Saturday night TV show that came on after SNL on NBC.

Shortly after that, in 1981, the recorded footage was all put together as a movie called "Black and Blue".

Since I was so close to the stage, I am in that movie, but only for a split second or so.

When I was around 6 or 8 years old a bunch of performers came to our school to sing songs and they filmed the audience of listeners while they were doing it. They told us not to look at the camera but I forgot and looked at the camera and got yelled at. I was also filmed when I participated in a videography session promoting a youth centre I was visiting. I do not know if I made it into the video cause I was there short term and the video filming was an extended project.
